Babies in Bloom

Mark and I spent the weekend at the Babies in Bloom Fair here in Kelowna.  We had a wonderful time meeting all the parents and getting to admire their beautiful children.  Admiring all the new babies and toddlers was definitely a highlight for me.  There is something so precious about newborns and I love the independence of toddlers.  We are looking forward to working with our new clients who signed up for The Beauty of Babies Collection at the show.  Our booth was at the perfect location to watch Bobs and LoLo who provided fabulous entertainment – I imagine I will get to see more of them as Amber gets older!

A big thank you to the organizers of Babies in Bloom – Geoff and Brenda Neufeld.    We would also like to thank everyone who took the time to attend the Baby Fair :)

Love a Good Cause

We believe it is important to give back to the community in which we live.  We donate to 1% for the Planet each year to help support non-profit environmental groups around the world but we are always looking to do more locally.

 

We have a number of charities that we support each year.  This year we are excited to announce that we have a larger charitable budget due to last year’s growth.  If you or someone you know is having a fundraiser please feel free to contact us as we may be able to help.

Winter – not quite ready to leave.

I guess winter isn’t quite finished yet!  Turns out that Mother Nature has had other ideas recently and wanted to remind us that it is only February and it might be a little early to put away our boots.

Valentine’s Day

Today is a day that many of us go out of our way to ensure our special someone knows just how much we love them. I used to think that Valentine’s Day was just for those in relationships but I believe we should use this day to tell everyone we love how much they mean to us. Whether it’s your husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, best friend, mother, father or child – today is about love.

Stunning Floral Arrangements by Classic Creations

When we decided that we should have some floral arrangements for our booth at the bridal show this past weekend – we instantly thought of Christina Jenion, owner of Classic Creations.  Christina has an amazing eye for colour and an artist ability to bring individual flowers together to create a work of art. We truly enjoy working with Christina and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for floral arrangements for their event or wedding.   As you can see from the pictures below she does an amazing job.
